If there is anything you are unhappy with, please share this with a member of staff as soon as possible. We aim to resolve all concerns quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. Usually the class teacher is the best person to talk to first of all.
Mr Barnard (Headteacher), Mrs Prendergast (Deputy Headteacher), Miss Bradley (Deputy Headteacher Headteacher) or Mrs Stephens (Assistant Headteacher) are usually available at the start of the school day for a quick chat - if you would like a longer discussion, please ring the office to make an appointment, or to talk on the phone.
If it is a concern about special needs, please contact the SENCo (Ms Carr).
The school has a complaints policy which sets out the procedures to be followed should there still be an issue when informal measures have not succeeded. This is available below:
